Through Gareth’s innovative leadership and design, SHW has brought a change to foodservice consultancy to make it more collaborative with clients and peers. A hands-on leader, Gareth oversees the SHW Group and day-to-day operations whilst maintaining his role as a project lead.
Michael has managed the creation of many top UK and overseas restaurants, bars and hotels. He continually strives to raise the levels of professionalism within our industry. His apprenticeship in electrical design and experience in equipment manufacturing and over 20 years with one of the leading catering equipment contractors provides a solid foundation of competence enabling him to be involved in all aspects of our industry.
