Miles Berkley
Miles brings creative thinking and innovative solutions to every project. His passion for good food is underpinned by a radical approach to operational ef ciency, well being and sustainability. He enjoys applying emerging technologies to deliver these values in every assignment.

Gareth Sefton
Through Gareth’s innovative leadership and design, SHW has brought a change to foodservice consultancy to make it more collaborative with clients and peers. A hands-on leader, Gareth oversees the SHW Group and day-to-day operations whilst maintaining his role as a project lead. 

SHW IMPLEMENTATION

Michael Bennett
Michael has managed the creation of many top UK and overseas restaurants, bars and hotels. He continually strives to raise the levels of professionalism within our industry. His apprenticeship in electrical design and experience in equipment manufacturing and over 20 years with one of the leading catering equipment contractors provides a solid foundation of competence enabling him to be involved in all aspects of our industry.

Steven Swindells
Heads up the Middle East office located In Dubai, bringing in excess 20 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry working with leading international operators. Having worked with many restaurants and hotel brands over the years Steven understands the operational work flows involved in F&B service from a client’s perspective.
