The 6 month tenure in The Crown Hotel, Melbourne has come to an end with the 20th anniversary celebration dinner. The team and equipment are now all on their way home getting ready to start the next chapter in The Fat Duck's story. We worked with Group Exec Chef Ashley Palmer Watts and Head Chef Jonny Lake in designing the new kitchen which is nearing completion and getting ready for an Autumn opening.
