The catering offer was created to support the employees, visitors and clients with a reliance on off site production. Sustainability was a key factor and we assisted in contributing towards the BREEAM Excellent rating achieved for the building.

Reed Smith's new headquarters at 1 Blossom Yard offers a connected workspace for a global law firm. The design seamlessly blends historic and contemporary architecture, prioritising functionality, flexibility, and sustainability. SHW played a key role in designing the hospitality spaces, including the staff cafe, micro market, meeting room hospitality, and coffee/events bar.

We are delighted to hear that Grainhouse has been shortlisted for the RIBA London Awards.
US-based Real Estate Investment Manager, Hines opened its new European headquarters, a three-floor building to support talent attraction and retention, in the heart of Covent Garden.
Health and wellbeing were key policies for the brief as were being fossil-free and reducing both embodied and operational carbon.

🌱 Hoshizaki UK ice machine fitted with water saving device and R290 refrigerant with low GWP of 3.
🌱Winterhalter UK dishwashers fitted with ‘Energy’ an integrated circulating air heat recovery. This uses the energy from the hot steam to pre-heat the cold inlet water. This significantly reduces energy consumption, reduces emitted steam and operating costs.
SHW Design were appointed to provide foodservice consultancy, developing the catering strategy and facility design in collaboration with the design team.
