Restrauteurs Paulo de Tarso and Nicholas Jaouen have chosen SHW to develop the design for their new venture, Margot. The restaurant will be a great quality Italian restaurant, with the kitchen led by head chef Maurizio Morelli. Paulo oversaw the opening and first 5 years as Maitre 'D at Bar Boulud and Nicholas's most recent role was Maitre 'D at Le Petite Maison in London. Me are particularly excited to be working with Paulo, Nicholas and Maurizio and wish them the very best for Margot.
