It was great for the UK based team to get together for the Xmas party, well nearly all, neither Ken and Mick were unable to attend and were sadly missed. We are steadily growing and this year saw 11 of us around the table, including our new apprentice Jack, plus Kaj Sandom who is due to start on 4th Jan. Thank you to Paulo, Thomas and the entire Bar Boulud London team for looking after us. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
